Just a quick note about the transportation you provided for the young folks who needed designated drivers after our son's wedding on July 2 from the reception at Brooklyn to the motel in Grinnell. The bus was very nice and the driver very professional and friendly!
We are thankful that we decided (even though it was at the last minute) to go ahead and arrange for the transportation. We weren't too excited about having those young people out on Interstate 80 after a night of partying and this took away that concern (especially on a 4th of July weekend).
Just to let you know we had talked to several other bus companies and one "party bus" company in Des Moines who I found downright scary after a couple of phone calls. I knew when I saw your website and how you did business that we wanted someone who would have safe equipment and a top-notch driver, and that is what we got!

When the possibility of Haley being sick came up and I questioned the policy, I was listened to and was told I could discuss it with the owners; I wasn’t just told NO, no exceptions. I felt like I was listened too and you wanted my business. Luckily, Haley got better. The driver was also great! He took pics for them and was very friendly and professional. Hi. I was in Des Moines the weekend of May 14 and 15 for a family wedding. (It was the Martino/Tiffany wedding.) The bride and groom used your service to transport their guests from hotels to the church, on to the reception, returning to the hotel.
I just had to let you know how wonderful and helpful the driver we had was. My parents both use walkers to get around. Dean, our bus driver, helped them get up and down the stairs of the bus, he took care of their walkers and was completely patient and kind the entire time. He made our transportation much simpler and he really impressed my parents.
